In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are final. If there is an issue with your order, please speak with a team member at the time of purchase so we can address it immediately.



Online Orders & Delivery

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

All online orders are final once prepared

Refunds are not guaranteed for delivery delays caused by third-party delivery services


If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us promptly with details so we can review the issue

Approved refunds or credits are issued at our discretion.



Catering Orders

Catering requests are not confirmed until approved by our team.

Deposits may be required for large or custom orders

Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on notice period

Late cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of deposits

Specific terms will be communicated during the catering confirmation process.



Loyalty Rewards

Loyalty rewards and promotional offers:

Have no cash value

Are non-transferable

Cannot be exchanged for cash

Benji’s Buns reserves the right to modify or discontinue loyalty rewards at any time.
